To cancel a trip, please provide a 3-4 day notice by calling me or sending me an e-mail. Your $100 dollar deposit will not be refunded. In the event that the trip was paid in full, I will refund your payment minus the deposit amount.

If you cancel a trip the morning of the outing you may reschedule for a later date or you can take a refund minus the deposit amount.

In the event that I cancel a trip due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund or you can choose to reschedule. There will be times when a customer insists on going out even though the weather is severe. I WILL NOT go out in weather that I determine is unsafe. My responsibility as a Captain is to provide you with a memorable trip, but also return you to the dock safely! I will not put my clients or myself in danger.  Rain will not be a reason to cancel the trip.
